Home service hours are from after school until 6pm. It is up to the district to determine if services are needed outside of operating hours

Home services are only delivered during the school calendar and does not include weekends or during vacation. It is up to the district to determine if services are needed outside of the weekday hours
| Can my home service worker baby-sit or provide respite for my child? | back to top |
We strongly recommend that the home service worker does not take on additional roles outside of their role as the home service worker for LABBB.
| What if I don’t agree with the behavior plan or programs the home service worker is running in my home? | back to top |
The home service workers are trained by their supervisor to follow specific plans and run specific programs in the home. If you have a concern regarding a program or plan immediately contact the case supervisor. It is highly recommended that you do not intervene in the middle of a program.

- If you cancel within 24 hours the session will be rescheduled
- If you cancel in less than 24 hours the hours are considered cancelled and will not be made up
- If a staff member cancels the hours will be made up during operating hours
| What if my child stays home from school that day? | back to top |
- If your child is absent from school due to illness home services are cancelled and the hours will not be made up
- If your child develops a fever, vomiting, or other symptoms during the day or visit, the home service worker has the right to terminate services.
- If your child is getting sick during a school day call the supervisor to cancel services for that day as soon as possible
